I am honored to serve as the "Principal Broker" at Real Estate by Referral®. In this leadership role, I oversee and support a team of talented real estate professionals while continuing my dedication to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.  

With nearly eight years of experience as a licensed realtor and a year and a half as an Associate Broker, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction.

I have had the privilege of being mentored by the owner of Real Estate by Referral®, Cristina Silva, whose guidance has shaped my career and inspired my commitment to excellence.  

Throughout my journey, I’ve been recognized as a top producer and received the "Real Estate by Referral® Super Rockstar Award" multiple times which is the highest level of award.  These accomplishments reflect my dedication to delivering exceptional results. 

I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them with care, patience, and education as they navigate one of life’s most exciting milestones.  

Education is a cornerstone of my career, not only in keeping myself informed of market trends and industry advancements but also in empowering my clients and agents. I believe that knowledge builds confidence, and I prioritize helping clients understand the process so they can make informed decisions.
